Culinary mastermind, Chef Jordan, came to Corpus Christi, Texas for a vacation. Though the Sparkling City by the Sea was beautiful, Jordan became homesick when he was unable to find any restaurants offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Seeing an opportunity to bring the delicious foods of the Mediterranean to Corpus Christi, Jordan combined is culinary skills with his Business degrees and made the bold decision to open Ginger Café and Grill. Today the restaurant boasts authentic Mediterranean cuisine with an incredible dining experience.
